FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT AND SALIENT DATES FOR CHANGE OF NAME


Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS and published on the website of the Luxembourg Stock
Exchange on 26 April 2018 advising shareholder of, inter alia, a proposed change of name of the company from "Echo
Polska Properties N.V." to "EPP N.V." (the "name change") and the salient dates and times in respect of the name
change.

As indicated in the announcement released on SENS and published on the website of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange on
24 May 2018, the special resolution in respect of the name change was approved by shareholders on 24 May 2018.

EPP is pleased to advise shareholders that the name change has been registered by the trade register of the Dutch
Chamber of Commerce. Accordingly, the name change will now be implemented in accordance with the salient dates and
times published on 26 April 2018.
