Appointment of Company Secretary

In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the Listings Requirements
of the JSE Limited, shareholders are hereby advised that Mr
Neo Modisakeng has been appointed as Jasco’s Company Secretary,
with effect from 1 August 2017.

Neo is an admitted attorney of the High Court of South Africa.
He has a background in mergers and acquisitions, as well as
telecommunications,   media,    technology   and   intellectual
property; having practiced in both areas with a major law firm.
He has provided legal advisory services to other entities
within the Information and Communication Technology (ICT) space
as well as corporate governance and administrative advice.
