In accordance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements and
Section 122(3(b)of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, shareholders are
advised that Old Mutual Plc has on 3 December 2013, notified the
Company that, due to aggregation, accounts under its management
represent a beneficial interest of 14.25% of the issued share
capital of the Company.
