Shareholders are advised that the Annual Financial Statements for the year
ended 31 December 2012 contain no modifications to the reviewed condensed
consolidated preliminary financial results for the year ended 31 December
2012, released on SENS on 25 March 2013. A copy of the Annual Financial
Statements for the year ended 31 December 2012 is available on the
company’s website, www.interwaste.co.za.


NOTICE OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting of shareholders will
be held at 14:00 on Thursday, 27 June 2013 at 2 Brammer Road, Germiston
South, Gauteng, South Africa, to transact the business as stated in the
notice of Annual General Meeting forming part of the Integrated Report.

The following salient dates apply to the Annual General Meeting:

Last day to trade to be eligible to vote at         Friday, 13 June 2013
the Annual General Meeting.

Record date for determining those shareholders      Friday, 21 June 2013
entitled to vote at the Annual General
Meeting.

Last day for receipt of forms of proxy for the     Tuesday, 25 June 2013
Annual General Meeting at 14h00 (or they may
be handed to the Chairman at the meeting
thereafter).
