POSTING OF CIRCULAR AND NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

INTRODUCTION

Shareholders are hereby advised that the Company has today,
5 April 2013, posted a circular to its shareholders, relating
to the adoption of the Company’s Memorandum of Incorporation.

NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

A general meeting of MRI shareholders will be held at 10:00 on
Thursday, 9 May 2013, at Route 41, 45 Sovereign Drive, Ground
Floor, Unit C, Centurion, for the purpose of considering and,
if deemed fit, passing, with or without modification, the
ordinary and special resolutions set out in the notice of
general meeting included in the circular (“the general
meeting”).
