EARLY FULL CAPITAL REDEMPTION

Absa Bank Limited (the "Issuer") wishes to advise noteholders of a delisting of its ASN738; ASN739 and ASN777 notes
(the "Notes"), following client requests to fully unwind the respective Notes. Following the repurchase of the unwind
units, the Notes will be suspended from commencement of trading on Tuesday, 16 April 2024 and delisted with effect
from commencement of trading on Friday, 19 April 2024.
