 COMPETITION TRIBUNAL UPDATE

Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 2 August 2023 titled
"Competition Tribunal Update", 4 September 2023 titled "Competition Tribunal Update –
Clarification" and 21 September 2023 titled "Competition Tribunal Update – Further Clarification (and
using the terms defined therein unless otherwise stated) and are hereby advised that on 19 December
2023, the Competition Tribunal ("Tribunal") released a media statement announcing that it has
dismissed the application by the 35 other Applicants, together with AYO, for a further extension of the
interim relief order granted by the Tribunal on 16 September 2022.

AYO is awaiting the detailed reasons from the Tribunal in relation to this judgement to further review.

Furthermore, the investigation in relation to the complaint with the Competition Commission is still
ongoing and shareholders will be provided with an update thereto in due course.
