Integrated Annual Report

Nampak shareholders are advised that the Integrated Annual Report of the
Company for the year ended 30 September 2023 ("Integrated Report") has been
published today.

The Integrated Report which includes the notice of annual general meeting
("AGM"), and audited consolidated annual financial statements are available
on the Company's website, www.nampak.co.za/investors/financial-information
or by requesting a copy from Group Investor Relations by means of an e-mail
to teboho.lempe@nampak.com.


Notice of AGM

Notice is hereby given that the 56th annual general meeting ("AGM") of Nampak
will be held at 14:00 on Thursday, 15 February 2024 to consider and pass
with or without modification, the ordinary and special resolutions set out
in the notice of AGM.

The salient dates for the AGM are as follows:

of the B-BBEE Act, No 53 of 2003, is available on the Company's website at
