REVIEWED CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 SEPTEMBER 2022

Following the listing of Zeda on the Johannesburg Stock Exchange on 13 December 2022 (the 
“Listing”) and the availability of Zeda’s reviewed consolidated results for the year ended 
30 September 2022 (“Reviewed Results”) on 28 November 2022 prior to the Listing, Zeda sets 
out below details of its Reviewed Results.

The annual financial statements were reviewed by the Company’s auditors, SizweNtsalubaGobodo 
Grant Thornton Inc., who expressed an unmodified review conclusion thereon. The full review

Annual financial statements

The audited annual financial statements of Zeda will be publicly distributed on or about 30 January 
2023 as required in terms of JSE Listings Requirements. An announcement will be released on SENS 
at the time of distribution of the audited annual financial statements.
