Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 2 June 2022 and 11 April 2022 regarding a
circular incorporating a share consolidation, an increase in authorised share capital, a company
name change , appointment of directors and approval of non-executive directors remuneration
which was distributed to shareholders on 11 April 2022.
The Company will remain in the same sector and will retain its history. The special resolutions have
been registered by CIPC. The salient dates are as follows:

or broker will be updated and will receive fraction allocation

Date of issue of new replacement share certificates, provided that

date, on or about (share certificates received after this time will be
