AVAILABILITY OF THE ISSUER’S AND GUARANTOR’S FINANCIAL RESULTS FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 JUNE 2018

In accordance with paragraph 7.4 of the Debt Listings Requirements, bondholders are advised that the annual
financial statements of the Issuer and the Integrated Report of The Bidvest Group Limited (the “Guarantor”) for
the year ended 30 June 2018 (“the financial results”), are available for inspection at the Issuer’s registered
office.

The annual financial statements of the Issuer is also available on the Guarantor’s website at
https://www.bidvest.co.za/dmtn-cp.php and the Integrated Report of the Guarantor is also available on the
Guarantor’s website at http://bidvest-reports.co.za/integrated-reports/2018/index.php.

Bondholders are further advised that the audit reports on the financial results were unqualified, with no
modifications applicable.

Furthermore, the Issuer and Guarantor would like to advise bondholders that no restatement(s) to previously
published financial statements have been included in the financial results.
