POSTING OF INTEGRATED REPORT, NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE
OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are advised that the company’s Integrated Report
for the year ended 30 June 2015 was posted today. The audited
annual financial statements set out therein are unchanged from
the summarised audited consolidated results which were
released on SENS on 21 August 2015.

Included in the Integrated Report is a notice of Annual
General Meeting of shareholders which will be held at the
company’s   registered   office   located    at   10 Mack Road,
Prospecton, Durban at 10:00 on Thursday, 12 November 2015.

The   record   date,  for   purposes    of determining which
shareholders are entitled to receive the notice of Annual
General Meeting, was 16 September 2015.

The last day to trade and the record date, in order for
shareholders to be eligible to participate in and vote at the
Annual General Meeting, are 30 October 2015 and 6 November
2015, respectively.
