No Change Statement
Pursuant to paragraph 3.22 of the Listings Requirements of the JSE, shareholders of
the company are advised that the audited annual financial statements for the year
ended 31 March 2015 which are being distributed to shareholders on 19 June 2015
contain no modifications to the results included in the Preliminary Report which was
released on SENS on 25 May 2015 and therefore no abridged report will be
published.

Notice of Annual General Meeting
Notice is hereby given that the 100th annual general meeting of the shareholders of
the company will be held at its registered office at Illovo Sugar Park, 1 Montgomery
Drive, Mount Edgecombe, KwaZulu-Natal on Wednesday, 15 July 2015 at 14:00, to
transact the business as stated in the Notice of Annual General Meeting which forms
part of the company’s Integrated Annual Report posted to shareholders on 19 June
2015 and available on the company’s website from the same date.
