Finalisation announcement with revised timetable regarding the proposed share
consolidation
Shareholders are referred to recent announcements, and in particular the announcement
issued on 19 January 2015 that all the resolutions in respect of the issue of shares to Old
Mutual’s Housing Impact Fund, as well as various other matters, had been approved by
shareholders in general meeting.
All the special resolutions were registered by the Companies and Intellectual Property
Commission on 21 January 2015.
The timetable regarding the proposed share consolidation was published on page 3 of the
circular issued on 17 December 2014, as well as in the SENS announcement dated 22
December 2014. It contained the proviso that the dates and times were subject to
amendment, particularly as the date of registration of the special resolution in respect of the
consolidation of shares was uncertain.
As a consequence of the early registration of this special resolution, the JSE has approved
that the timetable for implementation be revised as follows:


  Last day to trade in the pre-consolidated shares                        Friday, 30 January

  Listing date of consolidated shares on JSE under the new ISIN           Monday, 2 February
  ZAE000199642                                                            2015

  Record date for the consolidation of shares (“Consolidation Record      Friday, 6 February
  Date”)                                                                  2015

  Date dematerialised shareholders will have their accounts updated       Monday, 9 February
  at their CSDP or broker on                                              2015

  Date of issue of new replacement share certificates provided that
  the old share certificates have been surrendered by 12:00 on the        Monday, 9 February
  Consolidation Record Date (any certificated shares surrendered          2015
  after this date will be replaced within five business days after
  receipt by the transfer secretaries)

  Note:
  Share certificates in pre-consolidated form may not be
  dematerialised or rematerialised after Friday, 30 January 2015
