DISPOSAL OF SECURITIES
In accordance with section 122(1)(a) of the Companies Act, No. 71 of
2008 and section 3.83(b) of the JSE Listings Requirements, shareholders
are hereby advised that the Company has received formal notification in
the prescribed form that the following shareholders, have disposed of
their interests in the securities of the Company, such that the total
interest in the securities of the Company held by these shareholders
decreased to zero of the total issued share capital of the Company:

the prescribed form that the following investors acquired an interest in
the securities of the Company, such that the total interest in the
securities of the Company held by such investors increased in relation
to the total issued share capital of the Company to:
