DIVIDEND DISTRIBUTION ANNOUNCEMENT IN RELATION TO THE TRU                       
SHARE INSTALMENT                                                                
Notice is hereby given of the dividend amount payable for                       
NORTHAM PLATINUM LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (NHM) and that as a                    
result of the dividend declaration relating to NORTHAM                          
PLATINUM LIMITED ORDINARY SHARES (NHM) the Trustees of the                      
Share Instalment Trust have declared a dividend amount of 20                    
cents per NHMNIC share instalment that is payable on Monday,                    
20 September 2010. The payment will be rounded to two                           
decimal places.                                                                 
The last day to trade cum dividend is Friday, 10 September                      
2010. The Share Instalment will commence trading ex dividend                    
from Monday, 13 September 2010, the record date will be                         
Friday, 17 September  2010.
