ERB - Erbacon Investment Holdings Limited Declaration of cash dividend and special dividend Erbacon Investment Holdings Limited (Incorporated in the Republic of South Africa) (Registration number: 2007/014490/06) Share code: ERB ISIN: ZAE000111571 ("Erbacon" or "the Company") DECLARATION OF CASH DIVIDEND The board of Erbacon has resolved to maintain a dividend cover of between 3 to 3.5 times cash earnings, dependent on working capital and capital expenditure requirements, specific projects and feasible investment opportunities identified. As such, shareholders are hereby advised that the board of directors of Erbacon has declared a cash ordinary dividend of 9.54 cents per share for the year ended 28 February 2010. Furthermore, the board has also declared a cash special dividend of 3.85 cents per share for the year ended 28 February 2010. The special dividend is as a result of excess cash generated, and in order to reward shareholders for the business successes of Erbacon to date. The total cash dividend therefore amounts to 13.39 cents per share for the year ended 28 February 2010.
