FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT: DELISTING OF DKR FROM THE JSE
Shareholders are referred to the announcements released on SENS on 11 November 2025,
17 November 2025 and 24 November 2025 in relation to the delisting of DKR shares from the
Main Board of the JSE Limited ("JSE"), ("Delisting") and that the Delisting was subject to the
fulfilment of certain conditions precedent.
The Company is pleased to advise that all the conditions precedent to the Delisting have now
been fulfilled.
Accordingly, the salient dates and times have been updated as follows:
2025
Publication of finalisation announcement by 11:00 Wednesday, 26 November
South African Standard Time
Last date to trade Wednesday, 3 December
Suspension of DKR shares on the JSE trading system Thursday, 4 December
Record date Monday, 8 December
Termination of DKR shares from the JSE Tuesday, 9 December
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised after the last day to trade.
DKR is currently primary listed on the FSE and secondary listed on the Main Board of the JSE.
