In accordance with paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings Requirements,
noteholders are hereby advised of the appointment of Dr. Eman Fakhry as Director of the New
Development Bank replacing Ms. Thuraiya Hamid Alhashmi with effect from 14 July 2025.

The appointment is in accordance with the Articles of Agreement of the Issuer and were made pursuant to
the policy dealing with the nomination of directors of the Issuer.
