REMINDER OF LAST DAY TO TRADE IN FRK02 NOTES AND SUSPENSION OF TRADING

Further to the announcements released by the Issuer on 3 May 2024 and 31 May 2024 respectively,
the holders of the 44 249 One Ounce KrugerRand Notes due 12 August 2024 ("FRK02 Notes"), are
hereby reminded that, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the FRK02 Notes, the last day to
trade in the FRK02 Notes is Tuesday, 11 June 2024 and trading in the FRK02 Notes will be suspended
with effect from the open of trade on Wednesday, 12 June 2024.
