Shareholders are referred to the SENS announcements dated 24 February 2023 and 15
July 2022 regarding the acquisition of Socrati Footwear (Pty) Ltd from B&B Media (Pty)
Ltd and Moltera Group (Pty) Ltd ('the Transaction').


The Transaction is progressing and shareholders will be kept up to date with any progress.
