Advisor has requested a change in description for the abovementioned Note.
This request is driven by their internal processes and governance around
naming conventions for structured products and notes.

The JSE has granted UBS AG approval to amend the description for the UBS
Portfolio Notes linked from Momentum Securities Global Shariah Portfolio to
Momentum Securities Global Select Portfolio (the "Reference Portfolio").

Noteholders are advised that the investment mandate and note strategy, as
well as the performance history, the ISIN, the Alpha code and the JSE long
and short name will remain the same as detailed below.
