VOLUNTARY UPDATE BY IVUZI REGARDING THE ISSUANCE OF LISTED NOTES UNDER ITS PROGRAMME

Noteholders are advised that iVuzi has decided to stop issuing listed notes under its Asset Backed Hybrid
Commercial Paper Programme (the “Programme”) dated 12 June 2007 and de-register the Programme with the
JSE Limited as soon as IVZ145 matures on 30 June 2023.
