DISCLOSURE IN ANNUAL REPORT

Zeda shareholders (“Shareholders”) are referred to the SENS announcement released on 31 January 2023
regarding the availability of the 2022 Annual Report (“Annual Report”) on the Company’s website.

In this regard, Shareholders are advised that Zeda has updated its Annual Report with a comprehensive
remuneration report, which contains Zeda’s remuneration policy and implementation report. The remuneration
report as set out in pages 41 to 52 of the Annual Report has been updated accordingly.

The Annual Report and a separate Remuneration Report are available on the Company’s website at
www.zeda.co.za.
