EARLY REDEMPTION OF H10T4 NOTES (“H10T4 NOTES”)

Harcourt Street 1 (RF) Limited (“the Issuer”) has exercised its call option and will redeem all
of the H10T4 Notes in terms of item 80(B) of the Applicable Pricing Supplement, pursuant to
the terms and conditions set out in the Issuer’s Secured Note Programme dated
17 February 2016, as follows:
