RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT
Shareholders are referred to the cautionary announcement published on SENS on 9 September 2022
and the subsequent renewal of such cautionary announcement the last dated 06 December 2022, in
which they were advised that, the ASBI ex-SA portfolio is under consideration by the issuer for
winding up, as it has not achieved the scale necessary to achieve its investment objective and
financial feasibility, and that there is a prospective seed investor who wishes to repurpose the ASBI
ETF, via a ballot, into a soft currency feeder fund from its current hard currency investment
objective.
Shareholders are advised that ASBI is still currently under suspension from trading and will be
advised of any changes regarding ABSI accordingly.
Shareholders are further advised that the abovementioned transaction is in process and hence are
advised to continue exercising caution when dealing in ASBI until the transaction has been
implemented and a full announcement is made.
