APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (“CEO”)

Debtholders are referred to the announcement released on 22 October 2022, in which Mr Reginald
Demana was appointed as the CEO designate of SANRAL. His appoint was subject to the standard
clearance and verification procedures in terms of section 12(2)(b) of the SANRAL Act, No 7 of 1998,
as amended as well as formal confirmation from the Minister of Transport.

The Company can now confirm that Mr Demana’s appointment is effective from 1 January 2023.
