Southern Palladium Limited (ASX:SPD) (Southern Palladium or the Company) advises that it will hold its 2022
Annual General Meeting on:

          Date: Wednesday 30 November 2022
          Time: 3.00pm (Sydney time)

In accordance with the Company’s Constitution, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons
wishing to be considered for election as a director is Friday 30 September 2022.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the 2022 Annual General Meeting in a separate
Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in the latter part of October 2022. The Notice of
Meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and the Company’s website.
