APPOINTMENT OF GOLDMAN SACHS INTERNATIONAL BANK JOHANNESBURG BRANCH AS A PRIMARY DEALER IN THE REPUBLIC OF SOUTH AFRICA

Goldman Sachs International Bank Johannesburg Branch has been appointed to be the
tenth member of the primary dealer panel of the Republic of South Africa effective 20 June
2022.

• The bank will commence with the Electronic Trading Platform activities on 20 June 2022.
   

• The primary and secondary obligations will formally commence with the auction taking place on 28 June 2022.
