RESULTS OF DIVIDEND REINVESTMENT ALTERNATIVE


Shareholders are referred to the declaration of a final cash dividend of 44.74 cents per share (the “cash dividend”) with
an election to reinvest the dividend in return for Castleview shares (the “new shares”) (the “dividend reinvestment
alternative”) announced on SENS on Friday, 20 May 2022 for the year ended 28 February 2022 and the announcement
of the reinvestment price per new share (being R4.60920 per share) applicable to Castleview shareholders electing the
dividend reinvestment alternative, released on SENS on Tuesday, 31 May 2022.

All shareholders elected to receive the dividend reinvestment alternative, resulting in the issue of 3 631 378 new
Castleview shares and Castleview retaining R16 737 757.00 in new equity. Accordingly, the total number of shares in
issue post the issue of the new shares pursuant to the dividend reinvestment alternative will be 41 042 547.

The Central Securities Depository Participants or broker custody accounts of dematerialised shareholders will be
credited on Wednesday, 15 June 2022 with their new Castleview shares.
