Holders of LEIP securities are advised of the LPEGP2 LEIP expiry at the close of trade on Monday, 15
November 2021 (“Expiry Date”).
Please note that holders of the LEIP securities should ensure that their holdings are registered prior to the
expiry date as only registered holders are entitled to exercise. All holders of the LEIP security as at the
Expiry Date will be paid the Expiry Price as determined at the end of day of Monday, 15 November 2021.
Settlements will not take place via Strate Limited.
A further announcement with the final price will released on Monday, 15 November 2021.
