NOTIFICATION OF A CHANGE IN COMPANY SECRETARY

Pursuant to paragraph 6.39 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings Requirements, noteholders are hereby
advised that Ilze Roux has resigned as the company secretary of the Issuer, with effect from 10 August
2021, to exclusively focus on her role as Executive: Corporate Affairs.

Subsequent to Ilze’s resignation, Nonqaba Cecilia Katamzi was appointed to fulfil the role of company
secretary of the Issuer, with effect from 10 August 2021.

The board of directors of Bidvestco would like to thank Ilze for her support over the years.
