FINALISATION ANNOUNCEMENT
Security Holders and holders of notes (issued by the Company in terms of its Domestic Medium-Term Note)
are referred to the Results of General Meeting Announcement published on SENS on 10 September 2020.
The Company has now received confirmation from CIPC of the registration of the special resolution for the
Change of Name. The Change of Name of the Company to “Afristrat Investment Holdings Limited”, the new
ISIN ZAE000287587, and the new JSE share code ATI will commence trading on the JSE Limited (“JSE”) on
14 October 2020.
The salient dates and times relating to the Change of Name are set out
below:

Receipt of CIPC registration of Change of Name special
resolution Friday, 2 October
Publication in the press of the finalisation announcement in respect
of the Change of Name Tuesday, 6 October
Last day to trade prior to the Change of Name becoming effective Tuesday, 13 October
Termination date for trading under the name of “Ecsponent Limited” and
commencement of trading under the new name “Afristrat Investment Holdings Limited”,
under share code “ATI”, short name “Afristrat” and ISIN ZAE000287587 from the
commencement of trade Wednesday, 14 October
Record date for the Change of Name Friday, 16 October
Date that the accounts of dematerialised shareholders with their CSDPs or Brokers will
be updated with the new name Monday, 19 October
Date that new share certificates will be issued to certificated
shareholders, posted by registered post, at their risk Monday, 19 October
Notes:
1. Shareholders may not dematerialise or rematerialise their share certificates between Tuesday,
13 September2020 and Friday, 16 October 2020, both dates inclusive.
2. The Company will retain all statistical history on the JSE.
