B-BBEE ANNUAL COMPLIANCE REPORT

In compliance with paragraph 16.21(g) and Appendix 1 to Section 11 of the Listings Requirements of
the JSE Limited, Shareholders are advised that enX’s annual compliance report in terms of section
13G(2) of the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (“B-BBEE”) Act has been submitted to the
B-BBEE Commission and is available on the Company’s website at https://www.enxgroup.co.za/wp-
content/uploads/2020/08/BBBEE-1-Compliance-Report-13G2-JSE-3.pdf .

In terms of the B-BBEE Verification Certificate provided by Empowerdex, the ownership component of
the Group’s B-BBEE scorecard has been updated to take account of the recent change in enX’s
shareholding as announced on SENS on 28 May 2020. The has enabled enX to achieve 25 points on
this component, which improves the Group’s rating from Level 7 to Level 4.
