NOTICE OF GENERAL MEETING

Shareholders are referred to the prospectus issued by the Company on 28 February 2020 ("Prospectus")
in which it was advised that a notice convening a general meeting of Sabcap shareholders would be
distributed as soon as reasonably practicable after the Sabcap listing date, for the purposes of
considering and, if deemed fit, approving, with or without modification, inter alia, the resolutions referred
to in the Prospectus.

Notice is hereby given that the general meeting of Sabcap shareholders will be held at 10h00 on
Thursday, 25 June 2020 to transact the business as stated in the notice of general meeting sent to
shareholders today, Wednesday 27 May 2020.

Shareholders are advised that the general meeting will be held in electronic format only in terms of the
provisions of the Companies Act 71 of 2008, details of which are provided in the notice of general
meeting, which is also available on the Company’s website at http://www.sabvest.co.za/News/Notice-of-
