VOLUNTARY ANNOUNCEMENT: RESIGNATION OF CHILL BEVERAGES CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Long4Life announces it is intending to restructure its beverages division to optimally improve the returns
from this division.

Shareholders are accordingly advised that, Mr Grant Hobbs, Chief Executive Officer of Chill Beverages,
a subsidiary of Long4Life, has left the employ of the Company with effect from 31 January 2020.
Mr John Steyn, currently COO of Chill Beverages, will act as interim Chief Executive Officer of Chill
Beverages, effective immediately.

The board of directors and executive management of Long4Life would like to thank Grant for his
contribution and dedication to the Company and wish him well in his future endeavours.
