COMPLIANCE REPORT AND CLARIFICATION OF NOTICE OF ANNUAL
GENERAL MEETING

Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment (“B-BBEE”)

Shareholders   are  advised   that  the  Company’s  annual
compliance report prepared pursuant to section 13(G)(2) of
the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment Act No. 53 of
2003 is available on the Company’s website hosted at
www.jasco.co.za/Downloads/21.pdf

Clarification of date for submission of proxy forms.

The notice of annual general meeting stated that “To be
valid, completed forms of proxy must be received by the
transfer secretaries of the company, Link Market Services
South   Africa   (Pty)  Limited,   11   Diagonal  Street,
Johannesburg, by no later than 14:00, Friday 14 December
2018.”

The correct date for the submission of the completed proxy
forms is Tuesday, 18 December 2018, by no later than 14:00
which is within 48 hours before the annual general meeting.
The notice of annual general meeting has been updated an is
available on Jasco’s website hosted at www.jasco.co.za
