                                Appointment of Non Executive Director

Raven announces the appointment of Michael Hough as an independent Non-Executive Director with
effect from today, 9 October 2018.

Michael previously worked at Goldman Sachs and Drexel Burnham Lambert as well as Apax Partners
and Altium Capital. He subsequently co-founded two private Equity firms; Iceni Capital and Aurora
Russia. He was also, for 5 years, the CEO and President of Henry Technologies, a global manufacturing
and technology business. In addition, he was Chairman of OSG, Russia’s largest document storage
business for 5 years prior to its successful sale.

There are no other matters in connection with this appointment to be disclosed under section 9.6.13 of
the Listing Rules of the UK Listing Authority.
