Notification of share dealing by an associate of a director of the Company

In compliance with paragraph 3.63 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, shareholders are
hereby notified that Nicholas Viljoen, immediate family of PG Viljoen, an executive director of
the Company, transferred 181 153 preference shares, with a total value of R4 700 188, into the
Nicolas Viljoen Investment Company (Pty) Ltd as follows:
-      134 534 shares at R26.00 per share; and
-      46 619 shares at R25.79 per share

The Nicolas Viljoen Investment Company (Pty) Ltd is an associate of PG Viljoen in which PG
Viljoen has an indirect beneficial shareholding.

The Transfer is an off-market transaction and took effect on 9 December 2016.
