(previously   Steinhoff   Services   Proprietary   Limited)   has
converted from a private company to a public company pursuant to
the filing of a Notice of Amendment with the Companies and
Intellectual Property Commission (the “CIPC”) on 19 April 2013
and the acceptance thereof by the CIPC on 13 June 2013.
