RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING                                                      
Ceramic shareholders ("Shareholders") are referred to the announcement          
published by the Company on SENS on Wednesday, 1 June 2011 regarding the        
notice of general meeting which general meeting was held today ("General        
Meeting"). Shareholders are advised that all the ordinary resolutions tabled    
at the General Meeting, which were necessary to implement the acquisition of    
treasury shares by the BEE Shareholders were approved by the requisite          
majority of Shareholders present, or represented by proxy, thereat.
