NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING OF SHAREHOLDERS

Notice is hereby given that the Company's annual meeting of shareholders will be held at 16H00, local
time, 09H00 Eastern Time, on Monday, December 8, 2025, at President Place, 6th Floor, Cnr. Jan
Smuts Avenue and Bolton Road, Rosebank, Johannesburg, South Africa, to transact the business as
stated in the notice of the annual meeting which can be found on Lesaka's website at
https://ir.lesakatech.com/pdf/proxy/2025-proxy-statement.pdf.

Lesaka's Board of Directors has fixed the close of business on Wednesday, October 22, 2025, as the
record date for determining shareholders entitled to notice of and to vote at the meeting. The last day
to trade was Friday, October 17, 2025. The following are the salient dates related to the annual meeting:
