The Issuer further wishes to advise noteholders that their audit reports were unqualified with no modifications and that management
identified a classification error in the Statement of Cash Flows resulting in a restatement of the cashflow statement in the previous
year's annual financial statements.

 Restatement Information:
During the current financial year, management identified a classification error in the Statement of Cash Flows. We note that
the interest on the subordinated loan from TUHF Ltd was incorrectly classified as cash flows from financing activities
and should have been reported as cash flows from operating activities. In terms of IAS 7 par 33, interest paid is usually classified
as operating cash flows for a financial institution. The interest paid on external funding has been correctly classified as
cash flow from operating activities and therefore the interest on the subordinated loan should further be classified as cash flow from operating
activities. The classification error is an amount of R27 million. Further to this we noted that an amount of R3 million was incorrectly recorded as cash flows from
financing activities and this amount represent a non-cash flow. The adjustment of the non-cash flow error result in an immaterial adjustment to the Cash paid to
suppliers. The impacts of the prior period error and reclassifications are disclosed below:

                                         As previously Cashflow 2024
