APPOINTMENT OF BOARD CHAIRMAN


Further to the announcement released on SENS on 03 December 2024 regarding the appointment of
Mr James Templeton as the Interim Chairman of the Accelerate board of directors (the "board"),
shareholders and noteholders are advised, in compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings
Requirements and paragraph 6.42 of the JSE Limited Debt and Specialist Securities Listings
Requirements, that the board appointed Mr James Templeton as Chairman of the Board today, with
immediate effect.

Mr Templeton is a non-executive director, and Mr Derick van der Merwe will continue to serve as the
company's Lead Independent Director.

The board would like to congratulate Mr Templeton on this appointment and thank him for his
significant contribution to the board and the company during his tenure as Interim Chairman.
