The Put Strike Price of the Put exceeded the Final Reference Price on the Expiry Date and the Put Option was
automatically exercised as the put expired in the money. As a result, the Holders will sell the Holder Underlying Securities
to the Issuer and the Put Strike Price of R 35,215.0674 per SPIB38 will automatically accrue to the Holder via instruction
through STRATE on 7 October 2024.
