notes, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Issuer's R 10 000 000 000 Unsecured
Subordinated Callable Note Programme dated 9 March 2019 and the terms and conditions of the MMIG07
applicable pricing supplement, with effect from 18 September 2024.
