Noteholders are hereby advised that, in compliance with paragraph 7.7 of the JSE Limited Debt Listings
Requirements, the Nomination of Directors Policy, which is incorporated in the existing Mercedes-Benz South
Africa Limited's Memorandum of Incorporation, is available on the Issuers website.

The director appointment announced on 31st January 2024 and all previous director appointments are in line
with the policy.
