INVESTOR ENGAGEMENTS CLOSE-OUT PERIOD: 2 OCTOBER – 1 NOVEMBER 2023

The National Treasury hereby announces that there will be no investor meetings and/or
interviews conducted during the close-out period in line with its investor engagement strategy.

The close-out period commences a month before the Budget Review and Medium-Term
Budget Policy Statement (“MTBPS”). Accordingly, the close-out period will be from Monday,
2 October 2023 to Wednesday, 1 November 2023, both days inclusive. During this period there
will be limited availability of key National Treasury officials as the preparation of the MTBPS
will be underway.
