US DFC CONGRESSIONAL NOTIFICATION PROCESS COMPLETE

Renergen is pleased to announce that the United States International Development Finance
Corporation notification to the United States Congress for a commitment to provide a loan to
Tetra4 Proprietary Limited is now complete.

"Right now it is all about delivery and this is a major milestone on the path to the
commencement of construction of Phase 2 of the Virginia Gas Project. The team is fully
committed and the number of hurdles to cross are reducing every day," said Stefano Marani,
