On 20 June 2023 (the Valuation Date and Exercise Date), the conditions for Exercise were met, therefore Autocalls were
Exercised and expired on 20 June 2023. The Holders are entitled to a Cash Settlement Amount determined as follows:

 Condition for Exercise                       The closing level of the Underlying Asset on 20 June 2023, multiplied by
                                              the Dividend Adjustment Performance, is greater than 90% multiplied by
                                              the Initial Asset Price.
